Martha Fagan is a plein air Impressionist painter. She earned a certificate of Fine Arts at Parsons School of Design, and took her first oil workshop in 2016 through the Cape School of Art.
Since moving to Ptown, she spends as much time outdoors as possible and has sought teachers who base their art on light and placement. “I capture my feeling in that moment, observing the shifting effects of light and color.”
