Auction Description
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod’s mission is to support and strengthen a vibrant and diverse arts and cultural sector for everyone in the region.
Proceeds from the auction help the Arts Foundation invest in local artists and cultural organizations through grants, open doors to the arts for children and families through our Arts Access Program, champion the arts with our legislators, and provide professional development opportunities for our creative community through the Creative Exchange.

Artwork Pickup & Delivery Options:
Local pickup at the Arts Foundation office, 396 Main ST, #10, Hyannis, MA (by appointment, free of charge).
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced separately based on the shipping destination and the artwork’s insured value.
Terms & Conditions
The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC) reserves the right to add items to or withdraw items from the Auction without notice. The AFCC has attempted to describe and catalog all items accurately, but all items are offered “as is, where is”. Unless otherwise indicated, all items are in ready to hang condition. The AFCC neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for, the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items. No statement made in this catalog, orally at the Auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. The values listed are estimates of fair market values. Items have not been appraised by the AFCC. Each person (bidder) issued a bid number assumes all risks and hazards related to the items obtained at the Auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, its employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers connected with the Auction. Note that a twelve percent (12%) buyer's premium will be added to all lots.
