Prize-winning artist Georgene Riedl enjoyed experimenting with many mediums and has found that oil painting encompasses her love of color, texture, adventure and poetry. Her work has been shown in juried exhibits on Cape Cod and at the Newburyport Art Association.
"I am self-taught and explore each time I paint. The joy of painting for me is colors, lines and shapes arising from the blankness of a canvas, transporting me, as music for my eyes".
